Lead end-to-end process improvement for learning & talent solutions-map workflows, surface root causes, and redesign for speed, quality, and scalability.
Provide horizontal connectivity to teams who are structurally organized vertically by line of business, to ensure we're connecting dots and finding efficiencies across all teams.
Lead cross-functional teams on a variety of special projects, to ensure progression toward improved efficiency
Apply systems thinking to connect people, process, data, and technology-identify operational bottlenecks and engineer cross-functional operational efficiencies.
Partner horizontally across HR, business lines, and enabling teams to co-create innovative solutions, align priorities, and accelerate adoption through change management.

- Partners with business and HR leaders to establish, monitor and measure learning and talent priorities.
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective initiatives, leveraging skills in project management, consultation, instructional design and technology.
- Develops and executes testing, deployment and communication plans, and maintains learning and talent solutions. Drives innovation by applying current trends, improving tools, and fostering a growth mindset.
- Facilitates conversations with senior leaders using data driven insights to assess skill development needs.
- Enables employee achievement and career journeys through program management delivery and navigation of PNC tools and resources.
