Red Branch Outdoor Living designs and builds premium outdoor living spaces across South Alabama, including decks, patio covers, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, and custom backyard spaces.
We're looking for a relationship-driven professional to grow our business through referral partnerships, networking, community events, and industry relationships. This is not a sales closing role-you'll focus on building trust, creating connections, and generating qualified introductions.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
โ€ข Build relationships with realtors, builders, landscapers, pool companies, designers, HOAs, and other referral partners
โ€ข Attend networking events, meetings, and community functions
โ€ข Coordinate lunch-and-learns and partner presentations
โ€ข Maintain referral partner activity in our CRM
โ€ข Generate qualified introductions for the sales team
โ€ข Follow up consistently and strengthen partner relationships
โ€ข Share market feedback and new opportunities with the team
