Position Purpose
The Analyst, Organizational Development supports organizational development initiatives through data analysis, reporting, project coordination, and workforce insights. This role partners with Organizational Development and Human Resources teams to collect, analyze, and interpret workforce, engagement, learning, and organizational data to support business decisions and organizational effectiveness.
Working under the guidance of the National Director of Organizational Development, the Analyst assists in developing reports, dashboards, presentations, and assessments that help identify trends and opportunities related to employee experience, organizational performance, and talent development. This position contributes to organizational development and change initiatives by providing accurate data, maintaining reporting tools, and supporting the evaluation of program outcomes.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
  • Collects, validates, analyzes, and maintains workforce, engagement, and organizational data to support business and talent-related decision-making.
  • Develops and maintains dashboards, scorecards, reports, and data visualizations that communicate key organizational and workforce metrics.
  • Supports employee engagement, culture, organizational effectiveness, and change management initiatives through data analysis, reporting, and project coordination.
  • Assists in evaluating the effectiveness of organizational development, leadership development, and other talent-related programs by tracking outcomes and identifying trends.
  • Prepares recurring and ad hoc reports, presentations, and summaries for Organizational Development, Human Resources, and business leaders.
  • Partners with Human Resources and cross-functional stakeholders to gather data, support workforce planning activities, and provide analytical insights.
  • Conducts benchmarking, research, and trend analysis to support organizational development strategies and best practices.
  • Maintains data integrity and accuracy across reporting tools, surveys, and HR systems while ensuring confidential handling of information.
  • This position must sit at our Home Office in Birmingham, AL

License or Certification:
  • Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300), preferred
  • SHRM People Analytics Specialty Credential, preferred
  • Other analytics or reporting-related certifications, preferred

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in analytics, reporting, human resources, organizational development, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Visier, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Experience with survey tools such as Qualtrics or similar platforms preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of data management, including collecting, organizing, validating, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
  • Experience working with HR systems and reporting tools preferred.
