Trident Consulting is seeking a " Talent Acquisition Coordinator” for one of our clients in " Aliso Viejo, CA (onsite)” A global leader in business and technology services.

Location: Aliso Viejo, CA (onsite)

Type: Contract

Pay Rate: $25/hr on W2 (All Inclusive)

Duration: 6+ Months (Possibility of Extension)


Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team with interview scheduling, candidate coordination, travel arrangements, and administrative activities. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate who is interested in building a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, strong communicator, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while providing a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring teams and interview panels.
  • Manage Meet & Greet activities and ensure candidates have a smooth interview experience.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Coordinate candidate travel arrangements, including flights and hotels, when required.
  • Prepare and manage interview schedules, itineraries, and related logistics.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Help create an exceptional candidate experience while following company Talent Acquisition procedures and processes.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Assist with additional TA-related projects and responsibilities as needed.
  • Work closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition and other members of the TA team.
