Job description

Job Title: Talent Acquisition SpecialistJob Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages the full lifecycle recruiting process for entry-level to mid-level roles and other positions as assigned. This role partners closely with hiring teams to understand business needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience. The specialist uses a blend of proactive and creative recruiting methods to attract top talent while ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal processes.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process from open requisition to offer stage, including job specification and development, prescreening and qualifying candidates, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
  • Recruit for entry-level to mid-level positions and support additional roles as assigned.
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to understand functional hiring needs and translate them into effective passive and active sourcing strategies.
  • Review resumes, portfolios, and credentials to assess skills, experience, and knowledge against position requirements.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates, and present them to appropriate hiring teams in a timely and organized manner.
  • Understand candidate requirements and provide compensation guidance to the business to successfully negotiate and close candidates.
  • Develop and deliver strategic recruiting plans with internal stakeholders to attract and hire top talent.
  • Communicate proactively and regularly with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless and transparent recruiting experience.
  • Act as the liaison between candidates and management throughout the hiring process, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Seek out candidates who add value to the organization and maintain regular contact with potential future candidates for pipeline development.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates to ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop and maintain a network of professional contacts to help identify, source, and engage talent.
  • Collect, interpret, and review interview feedback with hiring managers to support informed hiring decisions.
  • Ensure that all recruiting activities comply with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures.

Essential Skills
  • Minimum 2-5 years of recruiting or staffing experience.

Pay and Benefits
