Role Overview:
As a Talent Advisor with FloodGate Medical, you'll have the opportunity to build relationships within the MedTech industry by providing valuable insight on job opportunities for candidates and advising on the best hiring practices for our clients as a trusted advisor. You will be responsible for targeting, screening, and recommending qualified candidates to hiring managers. Talent Advisors will be responsible for account management with core clients.

Minimum Requirements
  • 2+ years in a sales, sales-related or clinical role
  • Experience in recruiting preferred, but not required
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Currently lives in Tampa or close surrounding areas.
  • Ability/willingness to work from our HQ in Tampa 3-5 days/week and attend in-person training and quarterly meetings with the team in Tampa.

Compensation
  • Year one average earnings: $75-90k, Top performers year one: $100k+ Top performers year three: $200-300k+
