Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Candidates should ideally be located near an Operations Support Center in Harrisburg, PA; Venice, FL; or Tacoma, WA.

Compensation Range: $76,000.00 to $96,000.00 (depending on experience)

Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Partner will lead full-cycle recruiting, build strong partnerships with hiring leaders, and identify exceptional talent to support long-term workforce needs. This role serves as a trusted advisor by leveraging data, sourcing strategies, and market insights to influence hiring decisions and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

Qualified candidates will ideally be located in relative proximity to an Operations Support Center (Harrisburg, PA, Venice, FL, Tacoma, WA) but may work remotely with the ability to travel across Operations Centers as needed to build and maintain close partnerships with assigned client areas.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead recruitment strategy meetings to understand job requirements, success criteria, competencies, and culture fit.

  • Advise hiring managers on talent availability, market trends, compensation insights, and recruitment best practices.

  • Influence hiring decisions by presenting diverse, qualified talent and recommending adjustments to role requirements, competencies, or compensation when needed.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines using multiple sourcing channels including ATS/CRM, job boards, referrals, social media, databases, cold outreach, and networking.

  • Apply varied and strategic evaluation methods when reviewing applicants to determine priority candidates.

  • Engage prospective talent through personalized, targeted approaches aligned with the current job market.

  • Develop structured phone interview guides that reflect job competencies, culture fit, and success factors.

  • Conduct behavioral and competency-based phone screens to evaluate skills, experience, and alignment with organizational culture.

  • Present top candidates with clear rationale, assessment summaries, and hiring recommendations.

  • Promote candidates whose potential or culture fit may exceed traditional resume indicators.

  • Manage candidates through the entire selection process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across hiring teams and ensure alignment on evaluation criteria.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and workflows in the ATS to support compliance and reporting standards.

  • Facilitate weekly updates with hiring managers on pipeline status, market conditions, and next steps.

  • Develop competitive and equitable offer recommendations using internal comparators and market data.

  • Lead offer negotiations with candidates in partnership with internal stakeholders.

  • Advise on pay ranges and talent expectations to secure high-quality hires and maintain internal equity.

  • Serve as a brand ambassador for MITER Brands, promoting the employer brand in all candidate interactions.

  • Cultivate relationships with passive talent and maintain strong communication over time.

  • Actively pursue employee referrals and engage team members to expand talent networks.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Strong sourcing skills including Boolean and/or semantic search, job board and database mining, social media outreach, referrals, and cold outreach.

  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills with the ability to partner effectively with leaders and candidates.

  • Strong time-management, prioritization, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with talent systems and data tools.

  • Proactive, collaborative, and self-motivated with strong judgment and decision-making ability.

  • Ability to leverage market insights, sourcing strategies, and talent data to influence hiring decisions.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate or manufacturing salaried roles or equivalent combination of experience and education.

  • Experience using ATS and CRM platforms to manage pipelines and track candidate activity.
