FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITY / STARTING ANNUAL SALARY OF $77,968

The role and ideal candidate will be based in Northern California and will cover from Concord to Monterey and inland geographic region

We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage and support the day-to-day full cycle recruitment for our Pacific region operations, which provides a full range of pre-hospital healthcare services. This talent partner supports attracting and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding, maintaining engagement and communication throughout. The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a key role in our HR commitment to excellence, shaping our culture, embodying human resources and talent acquisition key competencies, and ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

Responsibilities:

  • The Talent Acquisition Partner will develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent with the ability to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for both immediate and future hiring needs, utilizing strategic talent acquisition techniques.
  • Effectively source and sell opportunities to candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and proactive outreach to passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS systems. Active presence on LinkedIn desired.
  • Efficiently screen and coordinate interview processes with department managers to ensure alignment with job requirements.
  • Partner with the local operations and/or human resources teams to support interviews and hiring needs.
  • Sell our story to ensure our employer brand mission and vision aligns with candidates
  • Develop effective relationships with schools and feeder organizations to foster community relations and generate applicants.
  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis.
  • Periodic travel to relevant recruiting events, including, but not limited to schools & industry-related job fairs.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exemplify excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Ensure all aspects of recruitment process including candidate documentation and data records, comply with policies and compliance.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role
  • Experience in healthcare (preferred)
