TALENT ACQUISITION OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
Remote | Part-Time | Personal Development Industry

OVERVIEW

This is a high-responsibility, performance-driven role inside a structured and proven talent acquisition system. You will operate within an established recruiting and onboarding process to help generate, qualify, and develop new team members. The role is best suited for individuals who value autonomy, consistency, and measurable performance in a remote environment.
You’ll be working within an established global organization that provides digital education programs, leadership training, and destination retreats designed to support personal and professional growth.
This is a results-oriented role where execution, follow-through, and consistency matter more than title or background.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Generate and follow up with prospective candidates using existing systems and outreach strategies
• Manage candidate pipelines and activity within our CRM system
• Conduct structured interviews and initial qualification conversations
• Support onboarding and integration of new team members
• Maintain organization, communication flow, and consistent follow-through
• Work within an established system to support team growth and expansion
• Leverage provided systems and materials without needing to create or manage marketing infrastructure

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
• 8+ years of professional experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of self-direction and personal accountability
• Ability to follow structured systems while working independently
• Comfortable using CRM platforms and digital communication tools
• Organized, consistent, and detail-oriented in execution
• Interest in personal development, leadership, or entrepreneurship
• Must reside in the United States or Canada
Preferred:
• Background in recruiting, talent acquisition, sales, business development, or coaching
• Experience working remotely or independently
• Familiarity with pipeline management or structured outreach systems
• Strong comfort with performance-based environments
