We are looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations to join our team in one of today's most exciting technologies. This role will report to VP, Talent Acquisition and based in San Jose, CA. This is a fully on-site, in office role 5 days a week.
As Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations, you will lead the strategy, design, and execution of scalable recruiting operations to support business growth.
You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, Finance, , Legal, and HR Technology and Operations teams to optimize recruiting processes, systems, vendor management, workforce planning, and compliance. The role focuses on operational excellence, data-driven decision making, technology enablement, and continuous improvement across the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the global or regional TA Operations roadmap aligned to business and workforce growth priorities
  • Serve as a thought partner to TA and HR leaders on operational effectiveness and future-state readiness
  • Own, optimize and document end-to-end recruiting processes (intake, sourcing, interview, offer, onboarding handoff)
  • Partner with HR Technology and Operations team, , and vendors on system enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and rollouts
  • Define and track key recruiting KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, funnel conversion, diversity outcomes, recruiter productivity)
  • Work with the HR technology team to configure executive ready dashboards and insights to inform hiring decisions and workforce planning
  • Lead vendor strategy, selection, performance management, and contract negotiations
  • Manage TA Operations budget, forecasting, and cost optimization efforts
  • Ensure recruiting processes align with legal, compliance, data privacy, and audit requirements
  • Partner with Legal and HR Compliance to mitigate risk and ensure best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Operations, or HR Operations
  • 3-5+ years of people management experience
  • Deep experience with ATS (Workday) and recruiting technology ecosystems (e.g., Greenhouse, iCIMS, Lever)
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience building metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting
  • Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives at scale
  • Program or project management certification (PMP, Agile, Six Sigma a plus)
