Talent Acquisition Manager

As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process and ensuring that Lemontree Healthcare attracts, hires, and retains top talent across all departments. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build a recruitment framework to support the organization’s growth while maintaining a strong focus on culture fit, diversity, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet the company’s hiring goals. Create a talent pipeline to proactively source high-quality candidates across various roles and departments.
  • Team Leadership:
    Lead, mentor, and coach the talent acquisition team to ensure effective execution of recruitment strategies. Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment:
    Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job requisition, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from first contact to hire.
