HVAC Sales / Comfort Advisor – N.E.T.R.

Stoneham, MA

N.E.T.R. is looking for an experienced HVAC Sales/Comfort Advisor who knows how to connect with homeowners, understand what they need, and close the deal.

If you know HVAC, love talking to people, and get a little competitive about your close rate — we should talk.

What You’ll Do as Our Next HVAC Sales Advisor
  • Run residential HVAC sales leads
  • Meet with homeowners and evaluate their heating and cooling needs
  • Sell complete HVAC systems including furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, central AC, mini splits, and more
  • Present good/better/best options based on the customer's home, needs, and budget
  • Explain equipment, efficiency, financing, and replacement options
  • Build trust, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale
  • Follow up on open estimates and opportunities
  • Maintain a strong close rate and average ticket
  • Keep your pipeline and customer information updated in ServiceTitan
  • Work closely with our install and operations teams to make sure the customer has a great experience after the sale
What We’re Looking For in Our Next HVAC Sales Advisor
  • HVAC or residential home services sales experience
  • Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems
  • Proven success with high-ticket, in-home sales
  • Comfortable selling full system replacements
  • Strong closing and follow-up skills
  • Experience presenting multiple options to homeowners
  • ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Competitive, motivated, and driven by results
  • Valid driver’s license
