Job Summary:
Ambassador Resources is seeking a Windows Systems Administrator to oversee, design, implement, and maintain the information technology systems for the organization. The role involves managing Active Directory, Windows server environments, and streamlining desktop/laptop imaging processes while ensuring efficient user access and security protocols.
Responsibilities:
β€’ Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Active Directory in a hybrid deployment ensuring seamless user access and security protocols.
β€’ Oversee Microsoft O365 administrative functions, optimizing collaboration tools and ensuring efficient user management.
β€’ Own the systems monitoring software and utilize SolarWinds to proactively identify and address potential issues.
β€’ Demonstrate proficiency in VMware, effectively managing virtualized environments and associated functions.
β€’ Lead laptop deployment and streamline onboarding process for new and existing users, facilitating a smooth integration of technology equipment.
Qualifications:
Required:
β€’ Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
β€’ Bachelor's Degree.
β€’ Minimum 5 years of experience.
β€’ Strong time management and organizational skills.
β€’ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (required) with moderation to advanced skills in excel.
β€’ Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory, OSI Network layers, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS.
β€’ Proficiency with desktop/laptop imaging.
β€’ Experience in Windows and ESXi environments.
β€’ VMware
Preferred:
β€’ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (required) with moderation to advanced skills in excel.
β€’ Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
