Job Summary: The Systems Analyst is responsible for owning the Windows OS and platform lifecycle for ScriptPro’s on-premises and hybrid infrastructure, including roadmap planning, upgrades, and standards development. This individual will collaborate with infrastructure and engineering teams to ensure platform health, reliability, and alignment with organizational standards.

Reporting Relationship: Director, Integrated Systems Development

Shift: General business hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm CST. This hybrid role requires a combination of weekly on-campus and remote work with specific days varying based on departmental policy and business need. Generally, all positions may be fully performed on-campus in Mission, KS. Regular, punctual, and predictable attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro.

Scope of the Role:

  • Own and maintain the Windows OS and platform lifecycle roadmap, including planning and coordinating upgrades, patching, and end-of-life transitions
  • Define, document, and enforce platform standards, configurations, and best practices across on-premises and hybrid environments
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, engineering, and operations teams to gather requirements and ensure platform decisions align with business and technical needs
  • Monitor platform health and performance, identifying risks and driving remediation efforts in coordination with systems engineering teams
  • Create and maintain platform documentation, including system standards, runbooks, upgrade plans, and technical specifications
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in systems administration, IT infrastructure, or a related field
  • Solid understanding of Windows OS administration, patching processes, and platform lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with on-premises and hybrid infrastructure environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across cross-functional teams and all organizational levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within team environments
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Detail-oriented approach with a high level of accuracy in analysis, documentation, and deliverables

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with DevOps practices, including deploying and managing applications in Azure
  • Experience building and maintaining Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps, Octopus, and Chef for deployment, automation, and configuration management
