Job description

We are seeking an established, highly technical People Systems Analyst with strong experience working with SAP Success Factors. This is a hands on role for someone who thrives in system configuration. Fully remote (US based) with preference for candidates in central and eastern time zones.
Key responsibilities:
-Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors across core modules
-Manage daily system administration, including configurations/updates, user access and permissions, and work flow troubleshooting
-Support system enhancements by building + testing configurations, implementing and validating system changes, and translating business requirements into system solutions
-Develop and maintain reporting using SAP Story reporting tools
-Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including SOPS, configuration documentation and knowledge articles.
-Assist with system releases and updates, including testing and impact analysis
Required Qualifications:
-Strong, hands on knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
-Experience administering and configuring HRIS systems - front and back end
-Experience using reporting tools like SAP Story Reporting
