  • Support the evolution of emissions tracking capabilities as MiTek expands its sustainability and climate programs.

Regulatory & Compliance Support

  • Own annual sustainability report process, including annual updates reflecting prior-year performance, metrics, and progress against goals.
  • Partner with Communications and Marketing to produce the report, ensuring content is accurate, clear, and aligned with MiTek's broader narrative and brand.

Targets, Performance & Governance
  • Lead the development of internal sustainability and climate targets, including emissions-related goals, and manage performance tracking against those targets over time.
  • Prepare internal updates and summaries to support leadership visibility, decision-making, and governance processes.

Climate Risk & Strategic Initiatives
  • Support MiTek's bi-annual climate risk assessment process, and contribute to related disclosures and reporting.
  • Drive cross-functional sustainability initiatives that strengthen MiTek's long-term resilience, regulatory readiness, and strategic positioning.

  • A willingness to continually learn and stay abreast of regulatory requirements, standards, and science.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing timelines.
