DESCRIPTION
Ninja Coach
The Ninja Coach is responsible for leading high-energy ninja classes that focus on strength, agility, coordination, and confidence-building through obstacle-based training. This role creates a fun, structured, and safe environment while helping athletes develop fundamental movement skills such as climbing, swinging, jumping, landing, and rolling. The Ninja Coach supports program quality by delivering engaging classes that align with curriculum standards and athlete development goals. This position is part time with shifts available ranging between the times of 3:30PM-7:30PM
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead ninja classes using obstacle courses and skill stations
  • Teach and reinforce proper technique for strength, agility, and body control
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging class environment
  • Adapt activities to meet varying skill levels and abilities
  • Encourage confidence, perseverance, and positive behavior
  • Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and staff
