Who Are We Looking For?
Do you have big energy and love spending time with kids? Then you might be exactly who we’re looking for! As a NinjaZone Coach, you’ll team up with fellow coaches and program coordinators to create a fun, engaging, and confidence-building experience for kids in our Preschool, Gymnastics, and NinjaZone programs.
Have experience in NinjaZone, martial arts, calisthenics, cheer, breakdancing, or gymnastics? That’s awesome! New to it all? No problem. We’ll teach you everything you need to know! All you need to bring is a positive attitude and a willingness to learn! Our ideal teammate is creative, a strong communicator, eager to grow, and excited to be part of a high-energy environment.

Responsibilities
  • Coach, encourage, and support kids as they learn new skills
  • Follow USAG and Arizona Sunrays guidelines
  • Build knowledge in gymnastics, preschool, and ninja skill development
  • Track attendance and skill progress
  • Create positive relationships with kids, families, and teammates
Requirements
  • Must be 16 years or older
  • Available at least 2 days per week
  • Able to work afternoons and weekends
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Passion for movement and working with kids
Available Shifts
Monday: 3:15-8:00 pm
Tuesday: 3:15-8:00 pm
Wednesday: 3:15-7:45 pm
Thursday: 3:15-7:45 pm
Friday: 3:15-7:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am-12:30 pm
