Job description

Description:

Do You Want to Be Part of Something Extraordinary?

At Citizens National Bank (CNB), we don’t just "do" banking—we create a distinctive experience for our clients and provide servant leadership to our communities. Since 1973, we’ve built a team that values a strong work ethic, honesty, and a "can-do" attitude. We’re looking for a Financial Services Representative (FSR) who is ready to grow their career while making math look easy and customer service look like an art form.

If you're a quick learner with a positive vibe, you might just be the "cultural fit" we’re looking for!

What You’ll Be Doing (The Real Talk)

As an FSR, you are the face of CNB. You won’t just be sitting behind a desk; you’ll be:

  • A Relationship Guru: Developing and retaining long-term client relationships by providing exceptional service.
  • A Money Ninja: Handling deposits, verifying endorsements, and processing withdrawals with ninja-like accuracy.
  • The Problem Solver: Using common sense to execute sound decisions and managing branch vault and ATM balances.
  • A Matchmaker: Creating value for clients by matching them with the perfect products and services for their goals.
  • A Team Player: Collaborating across the organization to break down silos and uphold our mission.

The Perks (Why You'll Love It Here)

We believe in investing in YOU. Our employees stay with us for decades (just ask Pam, who’s been here since 1990!) because we care about your welfare.

  • Health is Wealth: We pay 100% of medical, dental, and vision insurance for the employee.
  • Future Planning: 401(k) plan with a company match.
  • Balance: Paid Time Off (PTO) and Federal Holiday pay.
  • Growth: An Education Assistance Program and career development opportunities.
  • Support: Life insurance, disability coverage, and an Employee Assistance Program.
Requirements:

Are You the One? (The Qualifications)

  • Education: A high school diploma or GED is required, but if you have a Bachelor’s degree or a few years of experience, even better!
  • Tech Savvy: You should be a pro with technology, from Microsoft Office to Google Apps like Gmail and Sheets.
  • Smooth Talker: You can speak and write clearly without being overly verbose (no "word salads" here!).
  • Cool as a Cucumber: You maintain stable performance even when things get a little time-pressured or stressful.

The Logistics

  • Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt.
  • Hours: Expect a 40-hour workweek with hours generally Monday through Friday (9:30 AM – 7:00 PM) and Saturdays (8:30 AM – 2:00 PM).
  • Environment: A professional office where colleagues become friends and mutual respect is the standard.
