Overview

Poly-West, Inc. is currently seekingย  a Supervisor at our Henderson, NV location. As one of the largest film manufacturers in the world, Poly-West produces several lines of polyethylene products including retail trash bags and construction films.ย ย 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferredย 
  • The ability to work a shift schedule as assigned by management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The aptitude and desire to grow with an expanding company.

Responsibilities

Supervisors at Poly-West are responsible for supporting the management staff, training and developing subordinates, recommending operational improvements and meeting operational objectives.
