Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients to assess their emotional and behavioral health needs.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific client concerns, including mental health issues, trauma recovery, and dual diagnoses.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices in individual, family, and group therapy settings to help clients identify and address challenges effectively.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as necessary to optimize outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within our EHR system to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support and referrals where appropriate.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in counseling and mental health.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Summit Healthcare Group, you will work with a diverse population of clients ranging from children and adolescents to adults. Qualifications
