THE WORK
As a Subcontract Program Manager (SPM), you'll lead the proposal efforts overseeing various contract types within the ELTS domain.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Subcontract Management Teams for proposal efforts: Oversee subcontracts and critical subcontracted systems across various contract types
2. Develop Strategic Plans: Formulate sourcing and subcontract program management strategies aligned with program capture needs and execution objectives.
3. Subcontractor Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between subcontractors and the program management office, fostering clear communication and efficient issue resolution.
4. Subcontract Management: Supervise all stages of the subcontract process, from making business cases for make/buy decisions to negotiating agreements and overseeing program execution.
