Job description

You will be the Senior Subcontract Manager for the team. Our team is responsible for delivering cuttingedge Air Dominance capabilities.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Senior Subcontract Manager you will be responsible for overseeing mechanical components on the Air Dominance program and driving supplychain excellence across multiple Integrated Product Teams.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Manage mechanical components lifecycle for a highcomplexity (4/5) Air Dominance program.

  • Lead global supplychain scope for multiple IPTs, coordinating parts and supplier activities.

  • Maintain Integrated Operations Plans (IOP), track metrics, and ensure performance visibility.

  • Facilitate recurring supplier meetings and drive continuous improvement.

  • Prepare and deliver programlevel briefings to senior leadership.
