ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES What You'll Do As a Student Worker assigned to the Conga Kids After School Program, you will:
  • Support program staff during high-energy dance, movement, and enrichment activities
  • Assist with student supervision, attendance check-ins, transitions, and group support
  • Help prepare materials, organize learning spaces, and set up activity stations
  • Provide positive encouragement to students as they learn new dances and social-emotional skills
  • Work with staff to keep the program running smoothly and safely
  • Bring your creativity, leadership, and enthusiasm to a vibrant after-school environment!

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS To qualify, you must:
  • Be a current Inglewood USD high school student, age 16 or older
  • Have a 2.5 GPA or higher
  • Maintain 90% or better attendance
  • Be dependable, positive, and ready to support a diverse community of students and staff
No prior job experience required-this is an entry-level opportunity! Students under 18 will need a valid California Work Permit (B1-4).
