Duties and Responsibilities

  • Be a positive first point of contact for customers
  • Clearly listen and understand the customer's vehicle needs
  • Writing up customer's vehicle problems accurately and clearly on repair order
  • Communicate vehicle needs clearly to the technician
  • Follow up on vehicles throughout the repair process, keep customers updated.
  • Maintain a professional manner at all times
  • Call customers to remind them of their upcoming service appointments and return all customer call inquiries

Requirements - Service Advisor

  • Service Advisor experience: 1 year
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Positive attitude with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Heavy Duty truck experience preferred
  • Must have great customer service skills.
  • Valid Driver's License
