Job Summary:
Streck is a Nebraska-based manufacturing company that makes a global impact by developing and distributing to labs worldwide. They are seeking an ERP Software Engineer who will learn and support an enterprise ERP system, design and develop enhancements, and work closely with business users to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Learn and support an enterprise ERP system and its database schema (Syteline)
• Design, develop, test, and deploy enhancements using .NET technologies
• Create and maintain SQL Server objects such as stored procedures, tables, jobs, scripts, and reports
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and data-related issues
• Work closely with business users to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Document requirements, designs, testing, and implementation details
• Assist with application validation, backup, and recovery processes
• Continuously learn new tools, features, and best practices
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
• Experience with SQL Server, including queries and stored procedures
• Hands-on experience with .NET programming (C#, VB.NET, or similar)
• Understanding of database concepts and application architecture
• Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical users
• Attention to detail and commitment to code quality
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
