Location: Wendell, NC

Position Status: Full-time

FLSA Status: Salary Exempt

Management Level: Non-management

JOB SUMMARY

The Corporate Strategy Associate will play a key role in driving company-wide strategic initiatives, managing performance through KPIs, and building a data-driven management system. This role is responsible for delivering actionable insights, improving operational efficiency, and supporting executive decision-making through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB

1. KPI Management & Business Performance

  • Own the development, tracking, and reporting of company-wide KPIs (e.g., sales, operating profit)
  • Analyze performance against targets and identify key gaps, risks, and opportunities
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve business performance
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and executive-level reporting materials

2. Strategic Initiative Execution

  • Drive the planning and execution of key corporate strategic initiatives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and KPIs
  • Track initiative progress and proactively address risks or delays
  • Support program management and ensure successful delivery of strategic priorities

3. Data-Driven Management & Data Infrastructure

  • Contribute to building and enhancing a data-driven management system
  • Lead data consolidation efforts across functions (Sales, Warranty, Parts, Dealer, Marketing, etc.)
  • Support data warehouse initiatives and improve data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility
  • Identify opportunities to leverage data for better decision-making

4. Operational Excellence & Process Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies in business processes and recommend improvement solutions
  • Drive initiatives to enhance operational workflows and management controls
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to increase organizational efficiency and productivity

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with HQ and local teams to ensure alignment on priorities and performance
  • Facilitate communication and coordination across departments
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of key management information

6. Executive Support & Strategic Planning

  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and strategic materials for senior leadership
  • Provide data-driven insights to support executive decision-making
  • Track and drive key corporate priorities across the organization

7. Analytical & Reporting

  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Translate complex data into clear insights and business recommendations
  • Support data-driven decision-making across the organization

EDUCATIONAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related field
  • 0–3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or data analysis (internship experience included)
  • Strong interest in corporate strategy, business operations, and data-driven management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) for data analysis, workflow automation, and productivity improvement
  • Experience or strong interest in data tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Bilingual (English/Korean) is a plus
