As we continue to grow our U.S. presence, we are looking for an experienced Management Consultant with a strong track record from another leading management consultancy to join our Raleigh office and help build our Commercial Strategy & Transformation practice.

The Role: Driving Commercial Impact That Lasts

You will play a central role in developing our commercial consulting footprint in the U.S., working closely with senior client stakeholders and leading high-impact engagements across industries.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and delivering complex commercial strategy and transformation engagements

  • Managing senior stakeholders across client organizations

  • Designing and implementing:

    • Growth strategies and market entry approaches

    • Brand and value proposition strategies

    • Go-to-market models and commercial operating models

    • Sales excellence and performance acceleration programs

    • Customer-centric transformation initiatives

What You Bring

We are looking for an experienced consultant who combines analytical rigor with strong commercial intuition and leadership maturity.

  • Experience from another reputable management consultancy

  • several years of consulting experience, preferably in Commercial Strategy, Growth, or Transformation

  • A strong track record of managing large, complex client engagements

  • Proven experience in building and nurturing senior client relationships

Beyond experience, you:

  • Combine analytical sharpness with high emotional intelligence

  • Thrive in ambiguity and take ownership end-to-end

  • Are entrepreneurial and motivated by building something — not just delivering projects

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree (preferred) or bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic results

  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
