  • The SVP and Head of Strategy is responsible for shaping the long-term direction, growth strategy, and enterprise transformation of Siemens Asset Management Software.
  • Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the role serves as the CEO's principal strategic advisor and is responsible for developing and executing the company's enterprise strategy while ensuring that strategic priorities translate into measurable business outcomes.
  • The SVP and Head of Strategy partners closely with the SVP and Head of Revenue and the Executive Leadership Team to accelerate profitable growth, improve operational performance, identify new market opportunities, lead mergers and acquisitions, strengthen strategic partnerships, optimize the company's product and market portfolio, and position Siemens Asset Management Software for long-term market leadership.
  • This role extends well beyond traditional corporate strategy.   • Lead annual and multi-year strategic planning across the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Serve as the CEO's principal advisor on strategic business decisions.

Partnering with Revenue:

  • Proven mergers and acquisitions experience, including acquisition strategy, due diligence, integration, and value realization.
  • Experience partnering closely with executive leaders across Revenue, Finance, Product, Technology, Operations, and People functions.
  • Experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Strong executive communication, Board presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

The pay range for this position is $211,772 - $363,037 annually with a target incentive of 40% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
