This is a senior leadership role within Capgemini Invent's Data Driven Transformation capability, focused on
focused on Financial Services clients across North America, with an emphasis on Banking and Insurance.
As a Vice President, you will be responsible for building and scaling a differentiated Data & AI consulting business, partnering with senior client executives to shape strategy, drive large-scale transformations, and deliver measurable business value. You will operate as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders across business, technology, data, risk, compliance, and operations organizations.
You will lead growth across priority Financial Services accounts, owning senior client relationships, originating and selling complex consulting engagements, and overseeing high-impact delivery programs. The role combines thought leadership, commercial leadership, people leadership, and delivery excellence, with a strong emphasis on applied, value-driven AI in regulated environments.
Your Role (Responsibilities)
As a Vice President in Capgemini Invent, you will help set direction, drive growth, model our values, and develop the next generation of leaders. Key expectations include:
  • Serving as a senior leader within the North America Analytics & AI leadership team, shaping strategy, offerings, and investment priorities for Banking and Insurance
  • Building and managing a sustainable business development pipeline across Financial Services clients, with accountability for significant annual consulting revenue
  • Establishing trusted, long-term relationships with C-suite and executive leaders, including CIOs, CDOs, COOs, Chief Risk Officers, and Heads of Digital, Data, and Analytics
  • Inspiring clients to innovate with data, advanced analytics, and AI while navigating regulatory, risk, and compliance considerations
  • Leading the design of enterprise Data & AI strategies that integrate business outcomes, regulatory requirements, technology architecture, and operating model considerations
  • Selling, leading, and governing large-scale, multi-disciplinary Data & AI transformation programs
  • Creating thought leadership, propositions, and repeatable assets that reinforce Capgemini Invent's position as a leading Data & AI consultancy in Financial Services

No matter the engagement, your work will have meaningful impact on financial institutions and their customers. You may lead or sponsor initiatives such as:
  • AI-enabled customer analytics, personalization, and next-best-action across retail, commercial, and corporate banking
  • Intelligent underwriting, pricing, and claims analytics for insurance carriers
  • Fraud detection, financial crime prevention, and risk analytics powered by AI
  • Regulatory reporting, data governance, and risk data aggregation transformation
  • Data platform modernization and cloud-based AI architecture design
  • Responsible AI, model risk management, and AI governance frameworks
  • Projects will vary in size and scope, offering exposure to a wide range of strategic, analytical, and transformation challenges across Banking and Insurance.

Your Skill and Experiences
We are looking for an established consulting leader eager to operate at the intersection of Data, AI, and Financial Services transformation.
You will have:
  • Senior leadership experience in Data, AI, and Analytics consulting within Financial Services at a large professional services firm
  • Deep Banking and/or Insurance industry experience, with strong executive-level client relationships in North America
  • A proven track record of originating, selling, and delivering large-scale Data & AI transformation programs in regulated environments
  • Experience defining enterprise Data & AI strategies aligned to business outcomes, regulatory expectations, and risk frameworks
  • A strong understanding of AI trends and how they are reshaping Financial Services, including generative AI, advanced analytics, and automation
  • Demonstrated success operating within complex, matrixed organizations
  • High credibility, executive presence, and the ability to influence at all levels

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $300000 - $400000
