Strategy Execution & Leadership Enablement Partner

Strategy Execution & Leadership Enablement Partner closely with the VP and senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives across the Sales & Digital technology portfolio. Translate leadership priorities into clear initiatives, execution plans, and measurable outcomes. Support organizational effectiveness initiatives, including AI adoption strategy, engineering productivity improvements, and Learning & Development strategy. Act as a trusted thought partner to leadership on technology strategy, operating model, and organizational design.

Must Have Skills:

  • Strategy Execution & Leadership Enablement Partner closely with the VP and senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives across the Sales & Digital technology portfolio
  • Translate leadership priorities into clear initiatives, execution plans, and measurable outcomes
  • Support organizational effectiveness initiatives, including AI adoption strategy, engineering productivity improvements, and Learning & Development strategy
  • Act as a trusted thought partner to leadership on technology strategy, operating model, and organizational design

Nice to have skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in technology strategy, operations, program management, or transformation roles
  • Proven experience working closely with VP level and senior leadership
  • Minimum years of experience: 8-10 years
