You'll Support Meaningful Work By:
  • Developing integrated marketing strategies that align customer insights, market opportunities, and business priorities to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Leading execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns across website, social media, paid media, public relations, print, and events.
  • Collaborating with brand management and brand communications to align marketing priorities, audience needs, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Creating insight-driven creative briefs that translate business objectives and customer needs into actionable marketing initiatives.
  • Managing project timelines, budgets, and priorities across multiple marketing initiatives while maintaining high brand standards.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and using data to optimize results and maximize impact.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 6+ years of marketing experience with a strong background in integrated marketing and campaign execution.
  • Experience developing integrated campaign strategies, translating business objectives into actionable marketing plans.
  • Experience executing marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including paid, owned, and earned media.
  • Experience leading campaign execution through collaboration with cross-functional teams, agency partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Ability to define meaningful performance metrics, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and optimize marketing activities based on results.
  • Strong written communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
