  • Lead organizational change management for large-scale transformations and ensure operational readiness across functions.
  • Build strategic partnerships across Operations, Engineering, Technology, Finance, HR, Safety, Supply Chain, Transportation, Procurement, Product, WMS, and external partners.
People Leadership
  • Lead and develop a team of Senior Program Managers, Program Managers, Project Managers, and PMO professionals.
  • Own organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
  • Establish performance expectations and a culture centered on accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer obsession.
  • Mentor leaders and build organizational capability in strategic program management.
Business & Financial Leadership
  • Partner with Finance to develop Annual Operating Plans (AOP), capital planning, business cases, investment prioritization, and benefits realization.
  • Provide executive oversight of multi-million-dollar capital portfolios and ensure delivery against budget, schedule, and expected business outcomes.
  • Define portfolio-level success metrics including ROI, NPV, payback, schedule adherence, operational readiness, productivity improvements, and risk exposure.
  • Drive executive vendor governance and strategic supplier performance for key programs.

  • Experience influencing executive leadership and driving decisions without direct authority.
  • Exceptional executive communication, strategic thinking, and organizational leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent certifications.
  • Experience in fulfillment, logistics, manufacturing, warehouse automation, or large-scale operations.
  • Experience with Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Power BI, Tableau, and portfolio management systems.
