Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in Strategic planning or consulting
  • Education requirements: Bachelors or equivalent experience

Must have skills:

  • Strategy specific experience with Apparel or consumer goods
  • Navigated complex cross functional organizations with finance, insights, planning, merchandizing, product, brand, marketplace, and other Sport teams
  • Expert with Keynote or deck building, creating executive presentations

Nice to have skills:

  • Leading work streams, driving work processes, managing multiple workstreams,
  • Strong prioritization abilities, can jump in with a short ramp up period
  • Strategic thinking and problem solving

● Experience in leading sophisticated strategic projects and proven success in leading a methodical process of analyzing problems, gathering information, generating options, then proposing and acting on a course of action

● Proven success influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders without direct authority

● Consistent track record of pulling together diverse individuals with different goals and facilitating productive discussions

● Strong understanding of growth strategy, business performance, and value creation within consumer-facing industries

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $58.45/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
