Job description

Hill Research is building the AI infrastructure layer for clinical trial biometrics.

Our platform, TriClickโ„ข, uses agentic AI to automate statistical programming, CDISC workflows, TFL generation, and regulatory submission processes for pharmaceutical companies. We work with top pharma sponsors and are redefining how clinical trials move from locked database to FDA submission.

We are looking for a highly driven Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and leadership team across strategy, operations, fundraising, partnerships, and execution.

This is not a โ€œcoordinationโ€ role. This is an operator role for someone who wants to help build a category-defining AI company.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Work directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives and company scaling
  • Drive execution across AI product, pharma partnerships, operations, and fundraising
  • Help prepare investor materials, board updates, and executive communications
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects between engineering, biometrics, and business teams
  • Support enterprise customer relationships with pharma and biotech companies
  • Build operational systems as the company scales
  • Help recruit top-tier talent across AI and life sciences
Who You Are
  • Extremely organized and execution-oriented
  • Strong communicator with executive presence
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving startup environments
  • Interested in AI, healthcare, biotech, or venture-backed startups
  • Able to switch between strategy and hands-on execution quickly
  • Prior experience in consulting, startups, VC, biotech, healthcare, or AI is a plus
Why Join Hill Research
  • Work on real-world AI systems deployed in regulated clinical trial environments
  • Collaborate with leaders from pharma, AI research, and healthcare
  • Join a fast-growing company backed by top-tier investors and ecosystem partners
  • Opportunity to grow into senior operational or business leadership roles
