ATTENTION: This position requires graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing) and a state license as a Physical Therapist.

Quick Glance:
This is a full-time Physical Therapist opening at Empower Physical Therapy in Salem, OR, specializing in Outpatient Orthopedics and Work-Related Injuries. There is an option to work four 10-hour days for a better work/life balance. Clinic schedules run from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm, and new grads are encouraged to apply with mentorship available.

Overview:
Empower Physical Therapy is a PT-owned private practice that focuses on employee satisfaction and ensuring that therapists have the opportunity to practice the way they are trained. The clinic provides 1-on-1 patient care with a flexible schedule that respects work-life balance. Charting can be done during work hours.

Work Schedule:

  • Clinic is open Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.
  • Four 10-hour days are available for those who want a 3-day weekend.
  • The specific work schedule will be determined based on mutual agreement for flexibility.

Caseload:

  • General Outpatient Orthopedics and Worker’s Comp.
  • Opportunity for passion projects and specialty areas to help shape your caseload according to your interests.

Job Requirements:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree required.
  • Eligible for Oregon state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with the team.
  • No experience required, new grad PTs are welcome! A mentorship program is available.
