Job description

We are looking for an Account Manager who will play a key role in developing strong, lasting, trust-based business relationships with our clients. 

In this role, you will be responsible for a portfolio of existing clients, with the goal of maximizing their value by identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will act as a strategic partner to your clients, understanding their challenges, mobilizing the right internal expertise, and actively contributing to their success. 

You will be accountable for the full commercial cycle within your accounts, from managing client requests to growing revenue, including sales planning and forecasting. 

As an Account Manager at Spiria, you will be expected to:
  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted partner for all account-related matters.
  • Develop and maintain lasting business relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Ensure proactive account management, including client satisfaction and achievement of business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure alignment between client expectations, budgets, and mandate execution.
  • Play a facilitator role between clients and internal teams, particularly in managing issues and escalations.
  • Contribute to the financial management of accounts (forecasting, revenue tracking, invoicing).
  • Identify and develop growth opportunities within existing accounts, using a consultative approach.
  • Participate in the preparation of service offerings, proposals, and the follow-up of commercial activities (including CRM).
  • Maintain an understanding of the market and client needs in order to propose relevant solutions and contribute to revenue objectives.
Keys to your success:
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in account development, ideally in technology professional services.
  • Experience in account management with the ability to grow client relationships over time.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with stakeholders, including executives.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics) and comfort with analytical tools (Excel).
  • Good understanding of custom software development and technology solution delivery.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts in a dynamic environment with rigour and organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingualism required (French and English).*
  • Relevant university degree (business administration, technology, or equivalent).
