Job Summary

Support the operational, administrative functions within Supermarket locations.

Job Description

Experience Required: Retail work experience
Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent
Job Responsibilities
  • Assist with Kronos Timekeeping System. Fix Team Member punches, print schedules, enter and maintain time-off requests, enter and maintain call-offs. Where applicable, print/post seniority list (L880).
  • Assist and maintain Vacation Schedules, including the scheduling process.
  • Assist Store Leadership in securing replacement Team Members for Call Offs
  • Utilize Orientation Scheduler to input Orientation dates and times for the store.
  • Facilitate New Hire Orientations.
  • Scan Safety and Operational OJT Training Checklists into Workday post Orientations.
  • Support with Minor Work Permit Compliance per state guidelines. Complete and send PA Form 180 as needed.
  • File Completed Union Applications, scan into Workday and ensure a copy gets delivered to the Union.
  • Maintain Communication Board, including posting and pulling down information in a timely manner.
  • Order Safety Shoes & Covers, Uniforms, Office Supplies and any applicable online forms.
  • Update EMS Binder with Team Member Phone Numbers and current store schedule.
  • In select union location, responsible for posting Bid Letters (L1776 Master) and Holiday Sign up Sheet (L880)
