The Role: We are hiring a Store Operations Coordinator to manage the daily floor operations of our Richmond retail location. Your objective is to maintain general store appearance, manage inventory, and guide owner-operators and fleets through their tire purchasing decisions.

What You Will Do:

  • Perform daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Respond directly to inbound calls, email inquiries, and walk-in traffic.
  • Consult with customers, perform tire inspections, prepare quotes for commercial tires and related services based on their specific needs.
  • Coordinate directly with technicians, vendors and store leadership.
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and a clean, functional retail space.
  • Process transactions and maintain accurate daily records in the POS/CRM system.
The Ideal Fit:

  • You are highly organized and prioritize maintaining reliable performance.
  • You are comfortable talking to business owners, fleet managers, and drivers to diagnose their practical needs.
  • You are accustomed to retail, managing tasks, and performing reliably consistently.
  • Technologically competent and comfortable using GSuite
  • Product Knowledge: Zero prior automotive or commercial tire experience is necessary. If you bring the operational discipline, we will provide the training you need to be successful.
Requirements & Schedule:

  • Schedule: Full-time W-2. Predictable hours. No nights.
  • License: Valid Driver’s License (Required).
Physical Requirements:

  • Mobility: You will be on and off your feet throughout the day.
  • Heavy Lifting: You must be able to occasionally lift, roll, and maneuver inventory up to 75 lbs.
  • Shop Environment: You need to be comfortable working in and around an active service environment that can be loud and fast-paced.
