Job description

Must have strong Microsoft Excel skills and be proficient in creating and maintaining spreadsheets, using formulas, sorting and filtering data, preparing reports, tracking operational metrics, and analyzing information accurately.

Coordinate daily operations across multiple restaurant locations.

Communicate operational updates between corporate management, district managers, general managers, and vendors.

Track store performance, sales, labor costs, inventory, and other key operating metrics.

Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.

Schedule meetings, store visits, training sessions, and management calls.

Monitor maintenance requests, repairs, inspections, permits, and vendor services.

Follow up on open work orders and ensure issues are resolved promptly.

Assist with restaurant openings, remodels, closures, and special projects.

Maintain operational records, contracts, licenses, and compliance documents.

Coordinate ordering and distribution of equipment, uniforms, supplies, and marketing materials.

Help ensure restaurants follow company policies, brand standards, food-safety requirements, and operating procedures.

Assist managers with staffing coordination, onboarding, training, and employee documentation.

Communicate deadlines and follow up with managers on required reports and action items.

Handle customer or vendor concerns and direct serious issues to the appropriate manager.

Support budgeting, invoice review, expense tracking, and purchase-order processing.

Identify operational problems and recommend improvements.

Provide administrative support to the Director of Operations and senior management.

Perform other operational duties and special projects as assigned.
