JOB DESCRIPTION

The Operations Coordinator plays a central role in driving day-to-day operational execution and continuous process improvement across the organization. This role owns end-to-end operational processes tied to field execution and serves as the primary liaison between Field Operations, GCC (Global Capability Center) partners, and SSC (Shared Services Center) teams.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own end-to-end processes tied to field execution including reversals workflows, no-pays, task management, VHI Pro-Install tracking, ship-to-home processes, and accessory count cadences.
  • Ensure processes are documented, repeatable, and aligned with operational standards.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for operational process execution in the field.
  • Manage Ship Exec system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and user support.
  • Provide coordination, troubleshooting, and operational support for V-Force workflows.
  • Support merchandising operations including Price Card updates, POP List updates, and future merchandising tools.
  • Coordinate Fleet Excellence review preparation activities and manage related disputes through resolution.
  • Manage store hour updates and partner with stakeholders to ensure accurate field communications.
  • Build, run, and distribute ad hoc operational reports for leadership decision-making.
  • Coordinate the monthly field recognition program.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Field Operations, GCC, and SSC teams.
  • Partner with development and systems teams to identify process improvements and support system enhancements.
  • Support testing, implementation, and rollout of operational workflow improvements.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 2–5 years of experience in operations, coordination, or analyst roles, preferably in retail, wireless, telecommunications, or a similar environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and own end-to-end processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional partnership experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Experience producing ad hoc reports and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and process-oriented mindset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience working with offshore or shared-services partners preferred.
  • Comfort working with development teams on requirements gathering, UAT, and process improvement initiatives.
