Job description

We are hiring a Store Operations Specialist for a top retail client in Columbus, Ohio!
  • Pay Rate: $22.85/hour
  • Hybrid Role
Responsibilities:
  • Individual contributor position responsible for ensuring accurate and timely execution of operational projects.
  • Assists with developing new processes and communicating them with all levels of field management.
  • Serves as operations expert on cross-functional teams. Assists less experienced coordinators
  • Supports store operations related to inventory, floorsets, backroom organization and storage and store communication.
  • Managing and responding to emails from stores and vendors. Processing storage requests and maintaining records for 1700 up to 4000 storage units. Storage payments and issue resolutions.
Required Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years store operations experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Multi-tasker, pace, excellent organization, written and verbal communication, negotiation and decision-making skills.
