Join our dynamic team as a Retail Store Manager in the Columbus area! We are seeking customer service-oriented individuals who thrive in a lively, team-focused environment for our 5 Columbus-area Plato's Closet locations. As a Retail Store Manager, you will oversee store operations, including buying and selling gently used clothing and accessories, loss prevention, merchandising, and team supervision. Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of daily store operations
  • Recruit, select, and retain qualified employees to ensure optimal staffing levels
  • Motivate and direct store teams to maximize productivity and profitability

Working Conditions and Expectations
