Job description

Part-Time Merchandiser
Join the Lewis Bakeries team as a Part-Time Merchandiser and help keep our fresh bakery products looking their best in local grocery stores. In this role, you'll stock shelves, rotate products for freshness, build attractive displays, complete daily inventory using an electronic tablet, and build strong relationships with store personnel to ensure our products are always available for customers.
We're looking for dependable, self-motivated individuals who enjoy working independently, have great attention to detail, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service. This position offers flexible part-time hours and the opportunity to represent trusted brands like Bunny Bread, Lewis Bake Shop, Healthy Life, and Sunbeam.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Stock, rotate, and replenish bakery products to ensure freshness and product quality.
  • Build and maintain attractive, organized product displays.
  • Complete daily inventory counts and merchandising activities using an electronic tablet.
  • Perform light bookkeeping and accurately maintain required inventory and merchandising records.
  • Move, lift, and organize stacks of bakery products throughout the store.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate product needs.
  • Build positive working relationships with store personnel.
  • Follow company merchandising, safety, and food quality standards.

Qualifications
Successful candidates will:
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Maintain reliable transportation to assigned store locations.
  • Have access to a reliable cell phone for communication and job-related tasks.

  • Live locally and be familiar with the assigned service area.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule with availability for morning shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
