This is a Part-Time position with opportunity for a flexible schedule!
General Summary

Are you looking for a part-time weekend role that keeps you moving and makes a visible impact? Weโ€™re looking for a motivated and reliable Weekend Merchandiser to support our beverage sales team by ensuring our products look great and are fully stocked at retail accounts. In this self-paced role, youโ€™ll work independently to build eye-catching displays, rotate stock, and keep shelves organized โ€“ all while being part of a company that values teamwork and passion.

If you enjoy staying active, take pride in your work, and want to make a few extra bucks on the weekends โ€“ we want to meet you!

Education/Certification:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid VA Driver License โ€“ MVR must meet Hoffman Beverage standards.
Knowledge/Skills
  • Ability to operate efficiently under minimal supervision (self-managed role)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A willingness to be trained and follow procedures accurately
  • Good time management capabilities
  • A solid commitment to performing in the role
Experience:
  • Previous beverage experience preferred
  • Previous merchandising experience preferred


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for your own expenses associated with your vehicle, including gas.
  • Maintain a satisfactory work pace with effective time management.
  • Responsible for the stocking of shelves at accounts, such as grocery stores accounts on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Comply with proper product rotation standards for product freshness and quality.
  • Prepare damaged and outdated product for pickup by F/T staff and be returned to the warehouse
  • Follow company merchandising standards
  • Meet customer service expectations through daily communication, problem resolution, and appropriate follow up.
  • Maintain professional and team relationship with co-workers and customers.
  • Additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.


There may be opportunities for additional or higher compensation with special events, weekday &holiday merchandising, and eligibility for full-time positions!

Although this is not a benefit-eligible position, Weekend Merchandisers also have the opportunity to participate in company events such as raffles, sponsored events, and company parties!
