Job description

Upstate Construction and Development Services is currently seeking Fixture Installation / Merchandising candidates for the Inland Empire, CA region and will assist with project nationwide.
*THIS IS AN OVERNIGHT POSITION* EMPLOYMENT APPLICATION REQUIRED*
A qualified candidate will have experience in store remodels / resets, merchandising and fixture installation.
Essential Functions:
  • Working with teams traveling to multiple retail locations throughout the US
  • Responsible for compliance with all safety program requirements
  • Arrangement and placement of products on the shelves in accordance with blue prints and plan-o-grams
  • Fixture Installation (Pallet Racking, Gondola, etc)
  • Projects involve dismantling, assembly and placement of a wide variety of retail fixtures
  • Ability to decipher plans/prints

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / JOB REQUIREMENTS - Must have the ability to work with crews during reset/remodel, meeting time expectations while maintaining work quality and safety . Applicants must have a valid driver's license with a clean record. Must own, have the knowledge of, and the ability to use hand tools including power tools. Must be able to travel to any US work location รขโ‚ฌยข Must be able to work evenings and weekends and be out of town for extended periods of time if the work requires
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Prior construction experience a plus Experience desired includes - home improvement stores, big box retail, pharmacy, planograms, national rollouts, remodel, gondola, new stores, and experience with national racking standards Gondola / Retail Fixture installation รขโ‚ฌยข Deep understanding of merchandising
