HOW THE PROGRAM IS STRUCTURED
Phase 1 - Local Entry & Foundations
Your journey starts in the Quality organization. You join a real team, take ownership of concrete activities, and build strong functional foundations.
Phase 2 - Quality Graduate Development Program
Over a two-year period, you will participate in four targeted, project-based assignments across Manufacturing, Control Tower & Field Quality, Launch, Customer Experience, and Technical Safety Regulatory & Compliance (TSRC), expanding your experience across functions, teams, projects, and operational contexts.
Phase 3 - Consolidation & Long-Term Role
Upon successful completion of the two-year program, you will advance into your next long-term role within Stellantis, equipped with diverse experiences and prepared for increased responsibility and career growth.
Throughout the journey, you are supported by managers, mentors, and structured development initiatives.
