We are looking for an experienced Warranty Administrator with Stellantis/CDJR expertise to strengthen our Fixed Operations team and help us elevate our warranty processes to the next level.Position Summary
The Warranty Administrator is responsible for the accurate preparation, submission, and tracking of all Stellantis/CDJR warranty claims. This role is vital to ensuring compliance, protecting the dealership from unnecessary chargebacks, and supporting our service and parts departments with a clear and efficient warranty process.Key Responsibilities
  • Process, submit, and track all Stellantis/CDJR warranty claims quickly and accurately
  • Review repair orders for proper stories, causal parts, supporting documentation, and OEM compliance
  • Verify technician documentation aligns with Stellantis warranty requirements
  • Research and resolve unpaid, rejected, or pending claims; resubmit with corrections
  • Maintain warranty schedules and organize all required documentation
  • Communicate with Stellantis field reps regarding audits, trends, and updates
  • Support service and parts teams with ongoing warranty training and process improvement
  • Monitor and report monthly warranty performance and risk areas
  • Assist with internal and OEM audit readiness
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of Stellantis/CDJR warranty administration experience (required)
  • Strong understanding of Stellantis policies, labor operations, story structure, and documentation needs
  • CDK experience preferred
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Growth mindset with a strong desire to contribute to a high-performing culture
