We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Staffing Coordinator to manage a wide range of tasks related to recruitment, employee placement, orientation, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. As the Staffing Coordinator, you will be the key point of contact for both internal teams and external partners, ensuring that the company’s staffing needs are consistently met while fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace environment.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in hiring, onboarding, and HR processes, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with employees and external vendors.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all staffing needs and operations within the company

Collaborate with recruitment agencies to fill vacancies promptly and efficiently

Support and assist in candidate screening, interviews, and the hiring process

Facilitate post-hiring procedures such as employee relocation, legal documentation, and visa processing

Organize and execute employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs

Develop and maintain employee work schedules, ensuring proper allocation of shifts and positions

Manage timekeeping, attendance, and time-off requests to ensure smooth operations
