Position Summary
The Staffing Assistant plays a critical role in the recruitment and placement process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, screening applicants, maintaining accurate records, and supporting recruiters throughout the hiring cycle. This position requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit healthcare professionals through job boards, databases, and other recruiting channels
  • Conduct phone screenings and candidate interviews
  • Review resumes and assess candidate qualifications
  • Verify credentials, licenses, certifications, and employment history
  • Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate candidate records
  • Coordinate interviews and onboarding activities
  • Communicate professionally with candidates, clients, and internal staff
  • Assist with job postings and candidate outreach campaigns
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and healthcare staffing requirements
  • Support recruiters and account managers with daily staffing operations
  • Utilize technology platforms and software to track, manage, and report recruiting activities

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of recent recruiting, staffing, human resources, or administrative experience
