Sr. Client Partner - West Coast (Insurance)
Location- West Coast, USA (Remote with client travel as needed)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Client Partner to drive strategic growth and client relationship management across the West Coast Insurance market. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing enterprise Insurance clients, driving account growth, hunting new business opportunities, and leading digital transformation engagements across P&C, Life, or Commercial Insurance domains.
This role requires a strong blend of client management, business development, delivery alignment, and executive stakeholder engagement within the Insurance technology and consulting space.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow strategic Insurance client accounts across the West Coast region.
  • Develop strong relationships with CXOs, business stakeholders, and technology leaders within client organizations.
  • Drive revenue growth through farming existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Lead account strategy, solution positioning, and client engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery, consulting, and recruitment teams to support client demands and ensure successful execution.
  • Identify opportunities across Guidewire, Duck Creek, InsuranceNow, Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data, and Integration initiatives.
  • Own end-to-end client engagement including account planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and contract discussions.
  • Support RFPs, proposal creation, solution presentations, and commercial negotiations.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and act as a trusted advisor to customer leadership teams.
  • Track industry trends and competitor activity within the Insurance technology ecosystem.

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong experience in Client Partner / Account Management / Business Development roles within the Insurance domain.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise Insurance clients across P&C, Commercial, or Life Insurance sectors.
  • Strong understanding of Insurance technology platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, InsuranceNow, or related ecosystems.
  • Experience driving digital transformation, cloud modernization, or enterprise IT services engagements.
  • Strong network and relationship management skills within the West Coast Insurance market.
  • Ability to manage revenue targets, account growth, and strategic client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with onsite-offshore delivery models.
Preferred Skills
  • Prior experience working with Insurance carriers, InsurTech organizations, or Insurance consulting firms.
  • Understanding of cloud, integration, data modernization, and enterprise application transformation programs.
