What started as a small, minority-owned staffing agency has grown into a multi-state operation, proudly serving New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Indiana. Even as they expand, they stay true to their roots - providing hands-on, personalized service and a deep understanding of every local market they enter.

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Recruiter (Spanish) to join their team in Atlanta, GA. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of recruiting or staffing experience who is passionate about talent acquisition and thrives in a fast-paced, in-office environment. The recruiter will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates while providing an excellent experience for both clients and applicants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer stage
  • Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking and English-speaking candidates
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring processes
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in Light Industrial recruiting
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple open roles simultaneously
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or ATS systems
  • Experience in agency recruiting or high-volume hiring environments
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
