Job description

The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Personal Lines Senior Associate Account Manager to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Garrett, IN. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
  • Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, needs, and opportunities
  • Develop and execute account plans to meet client objectives and company revenue goals
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Coordinate onboarding, implementations, and ongoing service delivery
  • Resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure service levels and performance metrics are met or exceeded
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or similar platforms)
  • Relationship-building and client advocacy
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Data-driven decision making
  • Cross-functional collaboration
  • Monitor contract utilization, renewals, and expansions

Qualifications:
  • Minimum High School degree
  • Must be licensed or willing to obtain license
  • Microsoft suite of products, AMS360 experience a plus.
  • Must be able multi-task while maintaining accuracy.
  • Must be detailed oriented. Accuracy in this position is critical.
  • Must have strong time management skills. Able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
